Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase managed the £3.3 billion transaction called Arkle Master Issuer plc Series 2012-1.

The deal priced in line with guidance, with the 3-year U.S. dollar, euro and British pound-denominated 'AAA' tranches paying 170 basis points over the three month Libor, 150 basis points and 175 basis points.

The deal also featured a ¥60 billion senior tranche, which priced at 125 basis points.
