MoFo Adds Structured Finance Partner to London Office

Elana Hahn has joined Morrison & Foerster LLP capital markets group as a partner in its London office.
Hahn is a capital markets and structured finance lawyer. She was formerly with Mayer Brown International LLP. Hahn’s practice includes funds and their financing, insurance-linked securities, as well as auto, credit card and trade receivables financing, whole-business securitizations, and mortgage- and other real estate-based debt capital markets deals.
Hahn is currently working closely with clients in navigating the changing U.K., European and U.S. regulatory framework to achieve their financing goals.
