CHC Helicopter Upsizes Deal

Finacity Corp. together with Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale facilitated a upsizing to $55 million of CHC Helicopter's European trade receivables securitization.
CHC Helicopter, headquartered in Canada, is a provider of helicopter support to the oil and gas industry, search and rescue, helicopter training, repair and overhaul. The company operates around 270 aircraft in 35 countries.
