Victor Gonzalez Bounces from IXE to Start-up

Victor Gonzalez is leaving his post as director of investment banking at IXE Casa de Bolsa in Mexico to establish a start-up structurer.
Gonzalez said the new consultancy, called i-Structure, will be open to working in different financial arenas, putting together capital development certificates (CCDs, see ASR Oct. 2009), securitizations and IPOs.
No word yet on who might join him, but he said he was already talking to a potential senior partner.
